Two boys in Boynton Beach, Florida were recently put in handcuffs for unknown reasons. One of the boys got in an officer's face and another cop came up and swept the boy's leg. The person behind the camera said the boys head hit the ground after falling backwards. Boynton Beach police have put the officer in question on administrative leave. CCTV in Melbourne, Australia captured a scary scene as a woman's toddler fell beneath a train.
