A woman was captured by surveillance footage scouting out a home in Canada before walking away with a dog who looked just like Partner, the family dog who lives there. A police officer in Michigan tried to pull over 34-year-old Aubrey Coy, but she took off and led cops on a high speed chase. Coy was allegedly high on cocaine and had her five-year-old daughter on her lap. Police had been working to take Coy's limited custody away from her, even prior to this incident.
