Police were forced to evacuate the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Tuesday night after two unattended backpacks were found near the site. A man was seen and heard walking Boylston Street screaming "Boston Strong" and moving in a peculiar manner. According WCVB in Boston, police have detonated at least one of the backpacks and arrested the man, who was wearing a black veil and face paint. The Boston Marathon is set to take place on April 21. A cab ride in New Orleans has led to a conviction after a local celebrity aggressively hit on the driver of the vehicle. This video from two years ago shows Jennifer Gaubert flashing her genitals at driver Hervey Farrell. Gaubert claimed to police that he shot an up-skirt video without her knowing and tried to bribe her roughly one year after the incident. However, Farrell told police about the incident immediately after it occurred and Gaubert was recently convicted of simple battery. Gaubert is appealing the conviction but may face felony charges for lying to police. View Now
