You may remember a story about a boat that was flipped by a massive wave in Jaws off Maui. The film crew on board the boat featured eight people including Paul Cleveland, who runs Ballistic TV. A stolen red pickup truck driven by two teens led police on a wild chase in Australia. The two men were able to avoid road spikes by going off road and kept the chase intact for quite sometime. Police were eventually able to catch the driver and his partner, who took off on foot and was able to avoid cops for 20 minutes. Two British soldiers were outside an Afghan bomb factory, when the building exploded during a controlled mission. The soldiers were hard to see and hear, but eventually signaled that they were okay. It is unclear what made the factory blow up but the soldiers narrowly avoided a quick demise as they were only a few feet from the blast. Talk about a close call. View Now
People have been racing their yachts in the Clipper Round the World Race for 18 years. In all that time, there have been only three man overboard incidents, until now. Andrew Taylor became the fourth to take a splash into the icy cold waters of the Pacific Ocean. He laid in the choppy waters for 90 minutes before his team was able to pull him back onto the boat.
