The Michigan Humane Society recently decided to raise awareness against leaving dogs out in the cold weather. A train station in Sydney, Australia served as the setting of a tense moment that seemed straight out of a movie. Teenager Tim Whittaker was forced to the ground after suffering a seizure on the platform near train tracks with his upper body within reach of the passing trains. He eventually fell onto the tracks as a train passed by without the ability to put on the brakes. You won't believe the shenanigans that were going on in this neighborhood Pizza Hut in Kermit, West Virginia. Watch as a man, identified as a district manager, is caught on surveillance footage relieving himself in the restaurant's kitchen sink! The manager nonchalantly walks over to the sink, urinates, and carries along as if he didn't just do something completely and utterly disgusting. A group of soldiers stationed in Afghanistan had a close encounter with a friendly ordnance in September 2012. In Paktika Province, a U.S. Army mortar team was engaged with the enemy. They called in an U.S. Air Force jet to bomb a Taliban target but the pilots had the wrong coordinates, causing the bomb to almost hit the U.S. infantry post. None of the men on the ground were hurt. The incident has been investigated and everyone involved has been cleared.
