The victim is now dealing with a punctured lung and a few broken bones and police are still searching for the driver. Then, a woman is Brazil ran down the street on the side of the road as a man chased after her with a knife. After the man cut her neck, he then cut himself. In celebration of some nicer weather, Penn State Altoona students held an outdoor party in an apartment complex that police say became "a riot." When police showed up to the event, one party goer ruined it for the rest by throwing a vodka bottle at one of the patrol cars. Students were ordered to stay inside, and police arrested anyone who didn't obey. This video captures one of the more controversial arrests, when student Kevin Nelson disobeyed the officers' commands, and wound up being tased and arrested. View Now
