Champion cyclist Cedric Gracia was mountain biking off the coast of Madagascar when he took a very, very bad tumble. The accident was so bad that he punctured his femoral artery and was bleeding out. His cycling buddies thought quickly and immediately applied pressure to Gracia's wound. Emergency crews eventually showed up and Gracia's life and leg were saved in the process.
