The Humane Society of the United States saved several dogs from an alleged puppy mill in North Carolina. One of the poor pups found in a cage was paralyzed and scared. A dolphin in Australia put itself in harm's way while swimming around a cray pot. This modern-day Flipper was stuck to the rope of the pot, which is illegal in the marine reserve waters that the animal was swimming in. A group of water skiers found the dolphin while training for a competition and set him free. The skiers reported the pot to wildlife officials, so that it would be removed from the waters. This vigilante dolphin may have saved the lives of several hundred crayfish and perhaps even others of his kind. View Now
