In Poland, a 12-year-old riding a bike across a crosswalk was hit by the driver of a car who then sped off. The youth was in such shock at the time, the incident was not reported until the next day. Authorities said that in addition to the driver being charged, the victim could also be held accountable for entering a crosswalk on a red light. View Now
