The DeKalb County Police showed up to this home at 1:30 a.m. The video here documents the 20 minutes from the moment the officers arrived, then continuously banged on the front door of the house while two boys and their mother refused to answer the door. According to the police department, they had a warrant to arrest the mother for contempt of court for not paying a $1,000 fine.
