Just before 1:00 a.m., a man was partially run over by a trolley in San Diego. Possibly under the influence of alcohol, the man was lying across the tracks when the trolley approached the station at Sherman Heights, and although the driver applied the brakes, the man became entangled in the undercarriage. It took an hour for rescuers to lift the trolley off of the man who was then transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Metropolitan Transit Service is investigating the incident. Several water rescues were reported Sunday in Arizona after floods triggered by monsoon rains caused flash flooding. This video, captured by ABC15's helicopter, shows two 19-year-old men being rescued after their truck got stuck on an "island" while the pair were out storm watching. The wait is finally over. The royal baby has been born and it's a bouncing baby boy! The Duchess of Cambridge Catherine and her husband Prince William welcomed their first child Monday at St. Mary's Hospital. The heir to the throne was born at 4:24 p.m. and weighs 8 pounds, 6 ounces. According to reports, the man wasn't able to work due to a physical altercation with security guards which left him permanently injured.
