Police are still on the hunt to find a man involved in a hit and run incident earlier this week. A woman and a small child were hit when a van reversed in a parking lot in Michigan. The driver of the vehicle attempted to flee the scene and ended up dragging the stroller with the child before briefly stopping then leaving the witnesses and victims stunned.
