The jury will now determine whether Jodi Arias will be put to death for the killing of her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. They took less than three hours Wednesday to determine Arias should be eligible for the death penalty because she killed him in a way they believed was especially cruel and heinous. A Pennsylvania bus driver got an unexpected passenger on Tuesday evening- a white-tailed deer. Surveillance video from the CamTram bus shows the driver hit the deer, who flew through the windshield, into the bus. Criminals stoop to all sorts of lows in order to get what they want. First, in Orange County, Florida, a mentally disabled man was shot and beaten at a gas attention. Police are still on the lookout for the suspect. Then, in Detroit, Michigan, a 64-year-old man was stabbed and beaten for just $20. Onlookers did nothing as the man was severely wounded.
