This disturbing video shows a dog biting down on a beached sea lion in Laguna Beach, California as distraught beach-goers attempted to free the trapped animal. The dog, which Laguna Beach police said was an American bulldog mix, belonged to the 18-year-old daughter of astronaut Mark Kelly, husband of former Arizona Representative Gabrielle Giffords, according to NBC.
