The first thing you notice about four-year-old Gavin Stevens is his white cane. Gavin was born with Leber Congenital Amaurosis, or LCA, a rare disease that caused him to be born completely blind. Gavin doesn't let that slow him down though. With the use of his cane, he is becoming incredibly independent by learning to maneuver around without the help of his parents.
