South African police said they have charged Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius with murder after his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp was found dead in their home. In South Africa, police do not identify suspects until they are charged in court but authorities report Pistorious was taken into custody immediately following the incident. The first court appearance is scheduled for Friday.
