When Keith Allison came across an abandoned dog in a park in Los Angeles, he took it upon himself to care for the animal. Before long, the Bill Foundation found out about the dog, who Allison named Caleb, and offered to take the dog in. Allison came to the Bill Foundation every day to work with Caleb. On Wednesday, Centre NAD, a graphic design school in Montreal, Canada, released a statement saying that three of their students were behind the viral video that received lots of attention- "Golden Eagle Snatches Kid." But this isn't the first time Centre NAD students have cause a ruckus by creating a fake video that goes viral.
