Thanks to footage from ABC15 in Phoenix, here is a gasoline thief in Mesa, Arizona that was caught on camera committing his crime. A surveillance camera on a home, caught the thief syphoning gas from their truck when he got cuaght on fire. After stop, drop, and rolling, the thief got into his own car which then caught on fire as well. He then jumped out of the moving vehicle before it crashed into a neighboring home.
