The captain of a small sail boat took a crew of five novice sailors and his daughter out to sea, even though storm warnings said they shouldn't venture out. On what was supposed to be a four day trip, the crew had to be rescued after 15 hours. After being rescued by the Maritime and Coast Guard Agency, the captain is now in court to see who is at fault.
