Two men in Tukwila, Washington, just outside of Seattle, are claiming that Tukwila Police beat them. A police dashcam caught officers beating the men until their faces were bloody. They also tried to bring them to a holding center, but they were refused because they needed medical treatment. Police claim they took them to a hospital, but the men say they were never admitted. Several tornadoes were spotted on the ground in Illinois. One reportedly touched down near Damiansville, which is about 37 miles east of St. Louis.
