This guy was not in such a big hurry to evade police. Authorities say the tow truck driver, identified as Ambartsum Sarkisyan, 31, was responding to a crash scene when he became involved in a verbal altercation with at least one police officer after being unable to provide his driver's license. Sarkisyan then reportedly got into the tow truck and fled. A very slow police pursuit followed until he surrendered. View Now
