More than a dozen people are recovering after a dump truck collided with a METRO train in downtown Houston. Officials say the dump truck ran a red light and plowed into this train. The driver said the sun was in his eyes and he couldn't see that it was red. 15 people, including the dump truck driver, were taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. View Now
