A cyclist went to take a turn on an open road in Texas when he suddenly collided with a passing vehicle. A pizza delivery guy got out of his vehicle while he was working, and in less than 30 seconds, a suspect hopped in and drove off. An officer pulled him over shortly afterwards for driving erratically, but the guy got away with only a citation!
