It's a terrifying scene in Russia as the second story of an apartment building is ablaze. Trapped inside the burning building are two young children, unable to make it out on their own. While awaiting the arrival of the fire department, bystanders attempt to help rescue the children to no avail. A local resident was finally able to climb up into the apartment window and pass both children out into the arms of the people down below.
