A PTSD service dog was the one in need of help this time. The dog had fallen 15-feet into a covered fallout shelter and had no way of getting back out. Rescuers managed to get the dog back up to safety, where he can continue his duties of being a really good boy.
Speaking of dogs in trouble, another pooch found himself trapped on a ledge with the window shutters closed behind him.
