An eyewitness captured some amazing video that shows a train coming within inches of an out of control wildfire in Russia's Primorsky Krai region. The fire has already consumed nearly 600-thousand acres of land, including some populated areas. When a taxi driver saw a man passed out on the sidewalk, he pulled over, checked on the man, then stole his cell phone. The taxi driver then took off, leaving the man alone. Police eventually showed up to take care of the man. The taxi driver was later arrested.
Then, a man in Poland lit a Molotov Cocktail with the intention of throwing it into a building window. The explosive instead landed on the nearby vehicles. CCTV recorded the entire incident and police were able to track the suspect down and arrest him. View Now
