Tweedy found her home along the railroad tracks somewhere in Los Angeles, Califonia but she wouldn't be there another day once Hope For Paws found out. Undoubtedly scared, Tweedy wasn't the easiest to rescue as she ignored every food advance. Stray Rescue of St.Louis had their work cut out for them when they arrived to rescue a stray dog and her puppies. While the little ones were somewhat easy to rescue, momma was a different story. They managed to catch another adult dog they believed to be from momma's previous litter. It took a few days and a lot of convincing but with some blankets carrying the puppies scent on them, they were finally able to rescue mom and reunite this little family.
