Charlie desperately needed a home when Colleen found him on a website for dogs that are at risk for being euthanized. Born deaf, the Dalmatian wasn't able to communicate well with others and often felt lost. Despite not knowing sign language herself, Colleen decided to take Charlie in, and the two set off on a learning journey together.
