Police in Rostov-on-Don, Russia responded to reports of a man attacking cars. Right before law enforcement arrived, the man took a bystander hostage and held him at knifepoint. The hostage managed to get away, only for the attacker to then threaten suicide with the knife to his own neck. About 27 years ago, Val and Eddy made the decision to give up their newborn daughter for adoption since they were very young and did not believe the could properly care for the child. Sam was that baby and when she turned 18, she began looking for her birth parents.
