The Pembroke Pines Police Department in Pembroke, Florida is asking for the public's help with a brazen crime. Early in the morning on Dec. 5, a man was caught on surveillance stealing police equipment out of a marked police patrol vehicle in a residential community. Jade is a veterinarian in London who provides medical care for free for homeless dogs. She often sees homeless owners giving their dogs food first and even not eating unless their pets are provided for, so she decided to start Street Vet.
