Jerich Marco Alcantara was dressed in his purple cap and gown when he boarded the E Train to get to the Hunter College graduation ceremony in New York City. Due to a subway delay, Alcantara was going to miss his nursing school graduation. Passengers on the train decided to do something special for the stranded student and conducted an impromptu ceremony.
