The good folks from WildlifeAid got a rather odd call. A peahen was on the loose in a residential neighborhood and causing trouble. Safely catching the bird turned out to be more trouble than they thought. After hours of chasing the peahen around the neighborhood, it ended up being a bunch of helpful teens that managed to get the job done.
Next, we go to North America. Alaska Raptor Center is all about finding injured birds of prey and nursing them back to health. In their latest video, they got to do it again when they returned a great horned owl to their home in the wild. The poor bird had been found tangled in a net but fortunately wasn't too seriously injured.
