Some criminals don't have any idea what they're doing, but unfortunately that wasn't the case in these two incidents. First, two robbers in England used a disc cutter to break into a dealership. They were able to steal five dirt bikes before getting away.

Then in the Philippines, a thief quickly jumped over a fence and snatched a woman's cell phone... while she was on a bus! The window was open and the vehicle was stuck in traffic, so the thief boldly took the opportunity to steal her phone in broad daylight.
