If anyone could nail the role of Patty King, “The Queen of Cape Cod Real Estate,” it’s Cheri Oteri! Her comedic acting talents are on full display in "Give or Take," a film that’s winning hearts and rave reviews. It features Martin, played by Jamie Effros, as a disillusioned New Yorker who goes home to Cape Cod after his father dies to prepare the house for sale…while sharing it with his father's temperamental live-in boyfriend (Norbert Leo Butz). Playing a pivotal role in all this is realtor Patty King who will do anything to make a sale…even if she has to chase a hearse to do it. Now, Cheri is here to talk about Patty’s viral ad campaign and reveal the secret behind that boot.
