CrossFit is a great way to push yourself further if you're looking to do more than simply work out. When you push yourself too hard though, CrossFit can be unforgiving. Rachel Kenney figured she'd up her game by adding 5 lbs to her 160 lbs barbells. When she brought the bars up, she lost her balance and the weights collapsed right on top of her. Remarkably, she walked away without injury.
