Heavy rains in Malaysia have caused lots of flooding in certain areas. A bridge in Terengganu collapsed and stranded people on the other side with a lack of supplies. Using a massive railing, a woman was able to slowly cross over to her mom. Locals were also able to get supplies to people on the other side of the destroyed bridge. Over 12,000 residents were displaced due to the bad weather.
Next, more floods in New South Wales, Australia. A family of five found themselves trapped on the roof of their home, unable to leave due to the high floodwaters. A rescue helicopter arrived on the scene and lowered baskets to take the family members up two at a time.
