This dashcam video from Box Elder County Sheriff's deputy Austin Bowcutt shows shocking footage of Bowcutt fatally shooting a man he'd pulled over for urinating in a public place. The incident escalated, and the Utah deputy fired his weapon. Bowcutt has since been cleared of any wrong doing during this unfortunate incident, in part because of this dashcam footage.

The incident took place back in September 2012 and has been under investigation. According to reports, Buquet had shot an acquaintance of his in the chest before leading police on the five-mile chase during which he fired at officers and bystanders. The videos show officers, from several different angles, opening fire on the car driven by Buquet.
