Video from a rider's helmet cam shows him passing a blue taxi, only for the taxi to almost hit the rider. The rider had picked up a little too much speed during the maneuver, so he couldn't avoid two big trucks in the oncoming lane and he collided with the second one. He spent several days in the hospital with serious injuries but will ultimately pull through.

Speaking of distracted drivers, another rider was nearly taken out by a black SUV that seemingly came out of thin air. The rider managed to avoid an accident, but the driver following him decided to be a jerk. Whatever kicked off this series of events, one thing is for sure, everyone needed to be paying a lot more attention.
