Andrew Jones was in need of a heart transplant after being diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. As someone who dedicated his life to his physical fitness, this was a shocking turn of events.

He was able to get the heart transplant he needed back in 2016, but unfortunately started experiencing complications. His journey was a long and grueling one, but three years later, he's finally feeling like himself again.

Andrew was able to meet his heart donor's mother, and the two share a special moment together listening to his heartbeat. Andrew is a huge advocate for the importance of organ donation because not only does it save lives, but it also creates these powerful moments for the donor's family. We love to see beautiful stories like these!
