Pizza toppings are a hot-button issue. With that in mind, Jessica Hord was browsing Instagram when she found a recipe that we think is a worthy addition to the discussion. Beryl Shereshewsky introduces us to Pickle Pizza from Rhino's Pizzeria! It might seem like an odd combo at first, but if you love pickles (we do) and pizza (we DEFINITELY do), then you might want to give this one a try!

Here is my recipe, kinda sorta:
2 tbsp crushed garlic
4 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp: Oregano, Red Chili Flakes, Onion Powder and Salt (adjust to taste)
Spread on room temp pizza dough. Add mozzarella cheese, top with cold dill pickle slices. Bake at 425 for 24 minutes. Top with dill.
