Simon Croke might only be five-years-old, but he's already better at basketball than we are! He can sink those shots like he's been playing professionally for years now. Unfortunately, that's not all there is to this story. Simon was diagnosed with Sanfilippo syndrome, a rare degenerative condition similar to Alzheimer's that affects children.

Similar to the story be brought you a few years back with Eliza, Simon won't survive if a cure can't be found. Simon's family has set up HelpSimon.com in hopes of raising a million dollars for research. If you'd like to help, please donate and share this story. If we all work together then maybe one day soon we can help make sure Simon can play basketball professionally.
