While visiting the breathtaking Kapuche Glacier Lake in Nepal, Shambhu Adhikari found the perfect spot to record a scenic jam session. But, right as he sat down at the edge of the clear blue water with his guitar, a sudden cracking noise signaled the beginning of an avalanche off in the distance.

Knowing he was capturing a spectacular event, Shambhu kept his camera rolling as the avalanche made its way down the mountain, showering the lake and all near it in an icy cloud. We only feel comfortable saying this knowing that everybody was OK: That was incredible.
