INGREDIENTS FOR FRIES 1/2 small watermelon, cut into fries Zest of one lime ½ to 1 tsp. chili powder, depending on spice preference Pinch of kosher salt FOR DIPPING SAUCE 1/4 c. Greek yogurt 1 tbsp. lime juice 2 tsp. honey Pinch of chili powder DIRECTIONS 1. In a medium bowl, combine watermelon, lime zest, chili powder, and salt. Toss to combine. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, and honey. Top with a pinch of chili powder. Serve watermelon fries with yogurt sauce on the side for dipping. View Now

This easy 4-ingredient recipe will be a real hit with your trick or treaters. You'll Need: -- Hershey's Reese's Miniatures (NOT the tiny, tiny ones.) -- Oreo Thins -- Pre-Made Icing Ready to Pipe (I used a store-bought black icing already in a squeezable bag.) -- Candy Eyeballs Instructions: 1. Remove Reese's from all wrapping. 2. Separate and remove icing from each Oreo. 3. Cut each cookie in half. 4. Put a dot of your icing on back tip of a cookie half and gently press to the left side of the Reese's. Repeat for the right side. 5. You'll Need: — 1 slice of dense bread (Jessica used pumpernickel.) — Cooking spray — 2 tbsp. ricotta — 1/4 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half — Olive oil — Honey — 1 sprig fresh thyme Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Line a cooking tray with foil and spray with cooking spray. 3. Smooth ricotta on top of a slice(s) of bread and place on tray. 4. Evenly sprinkle halved grapes on top of the ricotta. 5. Drizzle with olive oil. 6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until grapes are blistered, remove from oven. 7.
