Speaking of sketchy situations, Daria Kiyan was skydiving when both her main canopy and the reserve deployed at the same time. That could've made for a dangerous situation if the two parachutes got tangled up, so she had to think quickly. Luckily, she was able to cut away the reserve and make a safe landing.
