At one point in history, birds were dinosaurs that ruled the Earth. Nowadays, birds can be stopped in their tracks by something as simple as a soccer net. Which is what happened to this poor owl. As luck would have it, nearby construction workers stepped in to lend a hand and cut the owl free.
