Mother's Day is coming up fast and the audible gasp we just heard a lot of you make probably means you don't know what to do for her. Not to worry, Jessica Hord is here to rescue you with a recipe for "Red Grape Ricotta Toast." It's delicious, simple, and mom's going to think you're a culinary genius.
You'll Need:
— 1 slice of dense bread (Jessica used pumpernickel.)
— Cooking spray
— 2 tbsp. ricotta
— 1/4 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
— Olive oil
— Honey
— 1 sprig fresh thyme
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line a cooking tray with foil and spray with cooking spray.
3. Smooth ricotta on top of a slice(s) of bread and place on tray.
4. Evenly sprinkle halved grapes on top of the ricotta.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until grapes are blistered, remove from oven.
7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme. You're done!

The holiday of all things green and three-leaf clovered is upon us. We don't know about you, but any holiday promoting good luck and green foods is a celebratory must in our book. Our cheerful leprechaun Jessica Hord finds herself in the kitchen once again to bring us another delicious treat. This Pistachio Pudding Cake recipe is a guaranteed big hit at any St. Patrick's Day party. You'll Need: — Vanilla cake mix — 2 boxes pistachio pudding, divided — 1 cup olive oil — 1 1/2 cups milk, divided — 3 eggs — Green food coloring — 8 oz. Original Cool Whip — 1 cup chopped pistachios Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Using an electric mixer; combine cake mix, one box of pistachio pudding, oil, one cup of milk, three eggs and ten drops of food coloring. 3. Pour batter into a 9x13 cake pan coated with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Allow cake to cool. 4. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, fold remaining box of pudding into Cool Whip. 5. Fold in 1/2 cup of milk a little at a time. 6. Fold in food coloring. 7. Ice cake and top with pistachios. It's the spookiest time of the year and that means you'll need some spooky desserts to make sure your party guests don't become angry ghouls. That's why we always turn to our practitioner of the delicious arts, Jessica Hord. Once you make "Spooky Pie," you'll want to have some year round. You'll Need: — 1 (14.3 oz.) regular Oreo cookies, divided — 8 tbsp. melted butter — 8 oz. softened cream cheese — 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree — 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding — 2 cups whole milk — 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice — 1 (8oz.) thawed tub whipped topping Instructions: 1. Crunch nine cookies and set aside. Crunch the remainder of the package and mix with melted butter in a 13x9 inch pan. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add vanilla pudding, milk, and pumpkin pie spice and mix until blended. 3. Spread mixture over cookie crust, top with a layer of whipped topping and sprinkle the Oreos you set aside on top. Cover and chill for at least four hours and you're done! A craft so simple, anyone can do it! This Mother's Day give her something personal she can treasure forever, a Tiny Hand Keychain. Our crafty how-to lady Jessica Hord is going to walk you through this DIY every step of the way until voilà! You've got an adorable little "handmade" memento to go on mommy's keys. You'll Need: — 2 paintbrushes — Gloss Acrylic Craft Paint — Sheet of crystal clear Shrinky Dinks plastic — Sharpie — Scissors — Hole punch — Parchment paper — Gloss Mod Podge — 10mm jump ring — Pliers — Split key ring Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Paint a hand using acrylic paint. 3. Press painted hand onto Shrinky Dinks plastic. 4. Once the paint is dry, turn plastic over and, using a Sharpie, sign the back of the print. 5. Cut around print and, using the hole punch, punch a hole between the index and middle finger. 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (make sure it's compatible with your type of oven). Place print, signature side down, onto the baking sheet. 7. Bake for around 3 minutes (it should shrivel up and flatten again when it's ready). 8. When ready, quickly take the print out of the oven and press with a flat spatula if needed. Let cool. 9. Using the second paintbrush, put a thin layer of Mod Podge over only the painted part of the keychain. Let dry. 10. Using pliers, open and close a jump ring through the hole in the plastic. 11.
