Keith Holt was unhappy with his life. He was over 400 lbs and struggled day to day. So, he decided to make a change. He set a goal for himself, to be in shape enough to hike 7.5 miles to the top of Longs Peak, and he was willing to do whatever it takes to get there. On the first day of his new regime, he was winded just walking. But as he progressed, things became easier and easier, and the weight began to come off. After a six-month journey, he reached his goal. Now, he's joining us here at RTM to tell us all about his incredible journey.
