It's the spookiest time of the year and that means you'll need some spooky desserts to make sure your party guests don't become angry ghouls. That's why we always turn to our practitioner of the delicious arts, Jessica Hord. Once you make "Spooky Pie," you'll want to have some year round.
You'll Need:
— 1 (14.3 oz.) regular Oreo cookies, divided
— 8 tbsp. melted butter
— 8 oz. softened cream cheese
— 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
— 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding
— 2 cups whole milk
— 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
— 1 (8oz.) thawed tub whipped topping
Instructions:
1. Crunch nine cookies and set aside. Crunch the remainder of the package and mix with melted butter in a 13x9 inch pan. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add vanilla pudding, milk, and pumpkin pie spice and mix until blended.
3. Spread mixture over cookie crust, top with a layer of whipped topping and sprinkle the Oreos you set aside on top. Cover and chill for at least four hours and you're done!

For Two Servings You'll Need: — 12 oz. dark chocolate morsels — 1 tbsp. unsalted butter — 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, quartered (Jessica used Oreos.) — 1 cup mint chocolate baking chips or chopped mint chocolate candies (Jessica uses Andes.) — 12 oz. white chocolate morsels — 1 cup Dark Mint M&Ms Instructions: 1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. 2. Microwave dark chocolate morsels and butter for one minute. Stir. Continue microwaving in intervals of 15 seconds and stirring until chocolate is completely melted. 3. Spread melted chocolate into an even layer over wax paper. 4. Sprinkle cookies over chocolate. 5. Sprinkle mint chocolate baking chips over cookies. 6. Microwave white chocolate morsels for one minute. Stir. Continue microwaving in intervals of 15 seconds and stirring until chocolate is completely melted. 7. Pour melted white chocolate over cookies and candy. Spread into an even layer. 8.
