With summer heat just around the corner, stay refreshed and indulge your magical side with this delicious Harry Potter-inspired Butterbeer recipe. Of course, where'd we be without RightThisMinute's resident wizard Jessica Hord to show us how it's done?
— 2-liter cream soda
— 2 tbsp. butter extract
— 2 tsp. rum extract for beer, 1 tsp. rum extract for creamy foam
— 1 (7 oz.) container marshmallow creme
— 1 cup heavy whipping cream
1. Using a funnel, pour butter and rum extract into a two-liter bottle.
2. Put the cap on the soda and roll bottle to mix.
3. Using an electric mixer, combine marshmallow creme, heavy whipping creme, and rum extract.
4. Pour soda into a glass and spoon creamy foam on top. You're done!
