It's that time of year again when pumpkin spice seems like it's everywhere. But what if you want some of that yummy pumpkin spice after you've already been good and gone to the gym? That's why Jessica Hord is here to pump *clap* you up! She's got an amazing recipe for a "Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake."
— 1 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk
— 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
— 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
— 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
— 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Jessica used whey protein)
— 1 full cup of ice
1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend. You're done!
